I have 15 years of teaching experience. I was the owner of Metta Yoga of Dubois. Our studio was open for over 4years. My training includes YogaFit as well as Anjali Yoga Teacher training (a Kripalu based education) I teach an All Level Flow Class at SoL Wellness and Gathering Space in Dubois, PA. I also teach Reiki Level I and II. I offer private Reiki Sessions at SoL Wellness & Gathering Space.
