A huge advocate of functional movement, Julia’s style of teaching YTTC Vinyasa Flow encourages mobility, strength and flexibility to achieve challenging postures through dynamic sequencing and spiritual intention. She has developed and continues to advance her own practice of Vinyasa Flow on a daily basis. With strong foundations in the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga, Julia has developed a contemporary practice that clearly reflects modern yoga, a fusion of traditional methods with contemporary techniques, promoting a balance of the physical and spiritual. She strongly promotes the benefits of meditation through movement, exploring the advantages of meditation both on and off the mat. Julia completed her 500 hrs YTTC in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, at Kranti Yoga, Goa in 2013. She then stayed in Patnem to develop as a YTTC Teacher and is currently the Lead Trainer for the 300 hr YTTC.
