My first experiences with Yoga were back in 2009 when I was living in Spain. I have been practising and studying ever since.
My yoga journey strengthened my interest in health and wellbeing and combined it with a deeper knowledge of the human and subtle body.
Yoga gives me joy, energy and peacefulness and my wish is to share my passion with you all.

I am a certified yoga teacher (YT200). I have got more than 4 years of experience teaching hatha yoga classes for mixed abilities where everyone is welcome. During this time I have also certified in restorative Yoga and specialized in yoga for surfers. My yoga sessions always include pranayama and meditation together with asanas. Preparing the body and the mind it's essential to receive the full benefits of Yoga. I love to be creative and intuitively move the body in different shapes, nonetheless alignment is the key if you practice yoga with me.
