About Naama Peled
?Naama started practicing yoga in 2000 and since then she has been emerging herself into Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga, Viniyasa, Feminine and Prenatal Yoga and Therapeutic Alignment. 5 TTCs and numerous workshops and courses later she is now spreading her own expertise teaching TTCs internationally.
She also teaches Mindful Alignment Vinyasa, Adjustments and Therapeutic Touch workshops to senior practitioners and yoga teachers. Her classes are a unique blend of building strength, deepening flexibility and meditation. Naama uses distinctive hands on adjustments to enhance her students’ asanas.
