Rouxchelle was born in South Africa to a very traditional Afrikaans family. Rouxchelle and her two sisters were raised with traditional values and are very close. Having a very active father and cousins that were professional athletes, it seemed inevitable that she would gravitate towards the health industry. Rouxchelle has always had an interest in health and wellbeing and after a long and thorough research settled on Pilates as a career. Rouxchelle is a very loving, caring and nurturing soul which married well with her career as a Pilates instructor. She has dedicated more than a decade to her studies and is an International Instructor Trainer in the STOTT PILATES® method. Rouxchelle has a real energy and excitement about Pilates and this is evident from the first time that you meet her. Her enthusiasm and excitement is contagious and really inspires those around her.
