Mrs. Simran Makhija TEMPhas an experience of 18 years of being an expert trainer and group training sessions. She is an expert in various strength workouts such as Weight Training, Cross fit & Modified Seal Workouts and cardiovascular workouts such as Aerobics, Zumba, Functional Training, Cardio Kick boxing, Insanity, Circuit Training Fusion Workouts. She also specialises in routines for Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pilates & Spinning Indoor cycling workout.
