Shiv singh pundir is a young and dynamic Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. Yoga teaching is his passion. He teaches yoga postures with proper adjustment and alignment. He knows how and where to work on an individual’s body. His deep knowledge and passion for teaching yoga make him a unique yoga teacher. He is inspired by great Indian sages of past and K. Pattabhi Jois.
He learned yoga in his teens under the guidance of teachers of Shivananda Ashram in Rishikesh.Yoga has been a part of his life for over 6 years.It has helped him grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires him to live each moment more mindfully. He Teachs Ashtanga In 200-hour and 300-hour Teacher Training program.
