I had never done pilates and without a doubt I could not have chosen a better place to start in this beautiful discipline. Valen and Martin, super loving and attentive teachers in the learning of each student. The classes are with few students, which is ideal for an almost personalized training. I highly recommend them!

I love this comprehensive center for working out. Both in pilates and in bodybuilding and stretching too. The classes are very complete. All the teachers work all the muscles. They are creative, patient and motivating. The cleaning is very good and the access to the shifts is very practical. Thank you
