Valen and Martin, super loving and attentive teachers in the learning of each student. The classes are with few students, which is ideal for an almost personalized training. I highly recommend them!

Professor Martín will explain the reason for each exercise, which muscles are involved, he will take into account if you have any previous ailments and he will make you have fun classes, always different and that doing physical activity is a very pleasant experience.

A horror they play with people's time. I was there yesterday, I lost 15 minutes talking to a lady with a baby that I attended. He told me that today, Friday, I could take the Pilates class at 8:30 p.m. and Thursday's 7:30 p.m. I am going to take the class today and a lady tells me that there is no class at that time and that on Thursday 7:30 p.m. there are no places. He offers me to go another day, they are charging me with a lack of location and shitting on people's time. 2 clients were lost, a friend was going to hook up and everyone in the neighborhood who asks me about this place.
