Terrible customer service. The place is good but it is always very dirty. The teachers are divine but the owner does not care about the client. They do not respond to whatsapp and excuse themselves that the schedules are managed by an application. Once I made a mistake with the application wanting to cancel a schedule, I changed it instead of canceling and then notify me, and when I want to recover that class it tells me that, if I was wrong, to take care of my mistakes! Answer that one does not expect to receive in a space like this. If you ask him for an invoice, he tells you that if he gives you an invoice you have to pay him 10% more! Another thing that does not correspond and is a fan! Nothing I put is untrue! You told me that if I was wrong to take charge, you wrote that. Are you also going to deny that you told me that if I want an invoice I have to pay 10% more? I have it written or recorded in the chat. And the floor is always dirty so since you keep the tax money you don't pay, pay someone to sweep the floor!

The impeccable place. Very nice environment! I had never done Pilates and I felt comfortable from the first day, they explain the exercises well and then guide when one is doing them. Emma is very attentive and always responsive and accommodates you when a space becomes free if you need to reschedule.

Although the classes themselves are fine, what is lacking is the attention to the public. The schedule management system is prehistoric, everything happens through the owner and WhatsApp. It gave me the feeling that depending on how he likes you, you can have certain schedules. Countless times he left me without answering the chat, which I repeat, is the form of communication used by the owner. A class is not recovered for anything in the world as I ended up understanding (since I never received an answer), it does not matter if you have a medical certificate or not. So good luck if something happens to them and they paid for the month in advance (recommendation to the owner: maybe it can be clarified before paying, I would have loved to have it in writing). In the end, I definitely do not recommend it. I think there are many better places in Palermo.

The classes are excellent, dynamic, always with some new exercise to work on and stretch. The teachers put a lot of commitment to their students, taking care of all the details. The space is very nice and ventilated, they disinfect after each class.

The best Pilates studio. The vibe there is incredibly good, and you have an excellent time. The workouts are varied every time and I noticed changes in my body and mood instantly. People of all levels and ages are welcome and great groups are formed with colleagues. The place complies with all the protocols, it is beautiful, ventilated, and with a lot of time variation.
