Yoga Iyengar Con Stella Beguet

I have taken classes with Stella for many years. Whether she is speaking in Spanish or English, her instructions are easy to follow. Her knowledge of yoga and anatomy make her an excellent yoga instructor for students of all levels and abilities. Few yoga teachers are as good as Stella.

This is the best yoga studio in Buenos Aires. Stella is an amazing teacher. The classes help me so much with maintaining my flexibility while also increasing my strength. Her studio is lovely as well. Definitely an excellent yoga studio.

I learnt about Stella's classes thru a recommendation and it was spot on! I can not express in words how grateful I am to have discovered this discipline with such an excellent teacher as Stella, not only because of her skill but also her warmth. She is able to communicate her yoga knowledge in a manner that is incredible. She guides her students during the class in a way that only someone well prepared and with a deep knowledge of the human body can do so. Her studio not only has all the necessary materials for the class but also the ambience is inviting. She has taken care of all the details so that each class can be unique And last but not least, If you are interested in Iyengar Yoga classes in English, this is also the place! Her classes in English are just as good as in Spanish!
