A few years ago I was in a very difficult situation and here the swuami and the people there helped me selflessly (don't pay anything) and literally saved my life. They are beautiful people of soul and they supported me strongly within my situation, it was the best thing that happened to me in a very difficult moment, Thank you, thank you, thank you, My infinite gratitude. Now I am in Israel and it always fills me with joy to remember them

Highly recommended for those looking for a serious and professional Yoga and Meditation practice. The space is spacious and bright, the teachers are warm and respectful. Classes for the whole family and very interesting courses are offered. My experience in my training as a teacher (TTC and ATTC) has been wonderful and has far exceeded my expectations. Every time I have the opportunity to take classes or continue my training, without a doubt I choose the Sivananda Center. I love the energy of the place 🕉🕉🕉
