Highly recommended for those looking for a serious and professional Yoga and Meditation practice. The space is spacious and bright, the teachers are warm and respectful. Classes for the whole family and very interesting courses are offered. My experience in my training as a teacher (TTC and ATTC) has been wonderful and has far exceeded my expectations. Every time I have the opportunity to take classes or continue my training, without a doubt I choose the Sivananda Center. I love the energy of the place 🕉🕉🕉

An excellent space to practice and learn yoga, where you work deeply and seriously. The teachings are based on the scriptures and the teachers. Taking the TTC provides very good training and is a wonderful experience of self-knowledge.

In Yoga Sivananda, the Yoga of synthesis is practiced, transmitting the teachings of the teachers Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. There you will find peace and good energy both in the classes, as well as in the TTC courses and workshops that they permanently offer.

My Sivananda experience with the teachers who teach in Brazil Argentina and Uruguay was terrible in Ttc I had to withdraw the psychological treatment is violent, they do not have good training in religion history and in yoga itself. The errors they have in historical data are glaring. No they care about nothing but your dollars and claim to be "non-profit" Selfishness and heartbreak. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT KARMA YOGA IS AND CANNOT KEEP SITTING IN MEDITATION, A BAD, LOW ENERGY, EVEN THOUGH THE ASHRAMS ARE ASSEMBLED WITH COLORFUL DECORATION. PLEASE I ASK ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THIS EXPERIENCE TO PUBLISH IT BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE ARE WRITING ME IN PRIVATE MESSAGES THAT THE SAME HAS HAPPENED TO THEM PLEASE MAKE IT PUBLIC. THANK YOU
