Very good classes. The teacher takes the time to see the conditions of each new student as soon as they start to help them and level them with the group. Cordiality and respectful treatment of the entire team. The facilities are very good, adequate and well maintained. The prices of the classes are in accordance with the activities and reality. A very good place to start and develop in yoga. Thank you!

Beautiful and very well prepared classes at 9 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. But they should be aware that an adult person who at first glance has never done physical activity should not start at that time because it is obvious that their body is not ready and they can get hurt. Please, in these cases, recommend other practice hours, at least during the first months (I have seen people making an effort, without being corrected and without adapting the class to the person who is just starting out). The instructors on Saturdays should be updated a bit, they continue to transmit the knowledge as they learned it 20 years ago without a critical look and according to the present and the country in which we are, which is Argentina, not India. Second, it is not good that a class teacher reading photocopies or summaries in front of the group of students denotes a lack of knowledge, which may be on purpose since I am aware that it is not convenient for you as a private for-profit institution under any circumstances. point of view train capable professionals every year because they could become your competition. But all of us who decide to attend five hours on a Saturday know how to read a photocopy. Third, when Sun Salutations or inverted positions are taught, it would be good for the whole group to leave the class with the knowledge that was taught, having experienced it. Because it is easy to follow the class with the skinny student who is canchera, but chubby or older people or maybe skinny people who never had the chance to be in contact with physical activity have more difficulties and fears but they go with the same expectations and desire to learn as the canchera teenager The classes are adapted depending on the age and difficulties of each student. In the time that he attends, I have never seen that they teach to adapt the class, they continue with the group that more or less came out of it and the people a little may watch. Another detail is that it does not seem to me that with what the students are paid per month we should clean before retiring, if I think it is more than correct to leave the room tidy and that each student keep what they use, but the fact of sweeping, cleaning the kitchen and taking the garbage out of the bathrooms is, from any point of view, a reduction to servitude and manipulation. Another detail that I did not like is that the bathrooms are the same for men, women and children. It is very ugly and it is uncomfortable for everyone who attends and, above all, it causes a lack of confidence for mothers who leave their children behind, they should modify it.
