Excellent space for yoga. Pleasant, warm, I highly recommend it. The best place to carry out this beautiful practice and to connect to oneself. All the teachers are excellent, very professional and very careful with the protocols. I've been going for several years and it changed my life (literally).

The space is cozy, where you release all stress and tension, I love the yoga classes that I am taking with teacher Mauri, it is excellent, he has a beautiful warmth to do the classes! Don't stop pampering yourself and go take classes!

Beautiful place to relax after a work day. Connect and work with yourself. Teacher Mauri is a genius as he explains the positions step by step. At the end, deliver a sentence to reflect on and try to put it into practice.

I have been going to yoga in Namaste for about 6 years and each class is UNIQUE and the BEST !!! Also 2 years ago I did the yoga teacher training and it was a very BEAUTIFUL experience and very enriching learning that fills your soul. THANK YOU !!! Beautiful Namaste place.
