Wonderful place. Paulina, who is in charge, is super friendly and attentive. You can do pilates and / or tpa (since you can do both activities or just opt ​​for one of them). In my case I do tpa, it's excellent. Therapeutic technical exercises of elongation, strength, balance (among others) are carried out. Delfina, the afternoon teacher, is a physiotherapist. Very attentive and kind. He explains the exercises with great dedication and guides you excellently. I enjoy a lot. Highly recommended. It is very relaxing and rewarding.
