You work the whole body, literally from the neck to the feet. Ana takes into account the needs and particularities of each student so that each one can do the exercises safely.
Like any exercise, the key is to sustain the activity over time.
Each class is different and not only are you learning how to work with your body in the best way, but you are doing it better each time and you leave the class feeling like new.
