I love the classes! They are always different and Ana is very careful and attentive with the exercises. An excellent professional in constant training. I have been going for 4 years and, without a doubt, it is the best place where I did Pilates.

Pilates classes with Ana are great! You work the whole body, literally from the neck to the feet. Ana takes into account the needs and particularities of each student so that each one can do the exercises safely. Like any exercise, the key is to sustain the activity over time. Each class is different and not only are you learning how to work with your body in the best way, but you are doing it better each time and you leave the class feeling like new. The best Pilates teacher I've ever had, without a doubt!

I started with Anita in 2018 or 19 and my health has improved a lot. His classes are very fun, dynamic and always have a plus of relaxation. I love going to share a while and it's the first time that makes me want to go to class without excuses. Thank you for the dedication and commitment Anita!!

The classes are dynamic... varied and in charge of Anita, who is super professional, highly trained and always seeks training to provide the best in her classes and so that each person can see and feel it in the body, because you can tell the difference from starting to do pilates. I've been going with her for 5 years. I started twice a week and then after a month I started going daily!!!! Super happy with the space to move the body and hand in hand with someone who offers the best in his studio!

Excellent place! You work conscientiously, the teacher adapts the exercises according to the physical possibilities of each one. I exercise calmly because I know that they are seeing that my position is permanently correct, and I no longer have the back pain that I had from sitting for so long at work. Super recommended!
