More attentive and individualised than the gym, more creative and interesting than physio pilates and more accessible than equipment pilates. We know each client’s injury history and goals, and due to our small class sizes we are able to vary exercises for clients, ensuring no aggravations to injuries you are trying rehabilitate. You are also able to claim your classes on Pilates classes and Physio group classes.
