So far I have only done two classes, Yoga Balance and Yoga Heat.
First of all Yoga balance was amazing, I learnt a few techniques to get right in there and
massage that tight fascia.
My second class of Yoga Heat was so good. I have been doing yoga for many years, and really have not enjoyed it because I never felt flexible enough...... well, when I did Yoga Heat last night for the first time, it felt like I had a new body, I was amazed at the extra flexibility that the heat helped me to attain, I have niggly pains all over my body due to tight muscles and fascia and I am excited to see how this will improve now
