For anyone who is pregnant you must have a pregnancy massage from Paulina! I have been having one of her amazing massages every week for the last month and I don't know how I have been surviving without them. As soon as you walk in the doors you begin to relax and once Paulina begins every ounce of tension melts away. She provides you a beautiful nurturing massage. I whole heartedly recommend Paulina.

I attended Viroga's prenatal classes throughout my pregnancy and absolutely loved it! Pam is an amazing teacher. I learned so much from her which helped me achieve a very positive birth experience. I'm now attending mums n bubs yoga and my 3 month old loves it! Definitely recommend Viroga.

Today I attended Caroline's Alignment Yoga for the first time! Absolute peach of a lady, down to earth and very easy to follow! Caroline session was both educational with an element of fun! Highly recommend this class to beginners or experienced yogis! The setting is also fabulous and very peaceful. Like an old restored barn! All that was missing was some line dancing and maybe an old style bush band! ?????????
