Predatory practice. My partner used to love yoga lessons here but we're so disappointed now. Something went to wrong with her membership cancellation, and they charged us for 8 months of non-used membership. That's even after they found out that she didn't use the membership for all those times. The principal/owner is focusing on that the onus is for customer to cancel properly. Even if it turns out that we made a mistake in cancelling, that feels pretty aggressive and predatory. That's the subscription trap model that many online businesses use, but Yoga studio going that far with that practice?
