Welcome to Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre
We are a not-for-profit organisation, established in 2011. Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for people to learn how to solve their daily problems and find lasting peace through Buddhist meditation and practice. We have created a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of the Central Coast at Wamberal where everyone is welcome.
Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre is a community of Buddhist practitioners based on the Central Coast. The purpose of the Centre is to offer people the opportunity to learn about meditation and the Buddhist way of life. Khedrubje Centre is a non-profit organisation striving to create peace and harmony within our world. All proceeds are channeled towards this aim.
Gen Kelsang Dawa is a western Buddhist monk and the resident teacher at Khedrubje Centre. He has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 15 years. His gentle manner and kind heart exemplify the Buddhist way of life. Dawa teaches most of the meditation classes and day courses in the Central Coast and Central West areas.
