Welcome to Agoy Yoga! The Agoy Yoga Company Mission is to make yoga inviting and accessible to everyone. We strongly believe in starting where you are… whether you are a beginner Yogi, an athlete or have practiced yoga before, Agoy Yoga can offer a rewarding and challenging experience for you. We are delighted to facilitate a yogic community here in and feel much gratitude for all the people who walk through our doors. Our beautiful light filled studio is located on Bishop Street, Woolner (10 minutes from the city center). We have converted a brand new Warehouse into a dedicated Yoga space. Yogis can enjoy high ceilings, natural light, spacious wooden floors and full size mirrors. We offer classes in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Power Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative & Meditation, Hot Yoga, Pre-natal, Mums n Bubs and Kids Yoga. As well as studio classes, Agoy offers private and corporate yoga where we come to you. Benefits of yoga Where to begin?! Yoga has so many benefits for the body, mind and spirit!
