A little about me , my name is Sue Frangou I found yoga late in life at the age of 38 when I came across a Kundalini video tape in a K mart trolly with reduced items . At $5.00 I though what a bargain as I was alway curious about yoga .
This began my yoga journey, going through an extremely challenging time in my life I found through the continual practice of yoga I was able deal with and cope through this stage of my life . I became fitter stronger mentally physically and spiritually . The more I practiced the more I felt the benefits. Through self acceptance and awareness Yoga gave me strength and courage to over come fears and to continue on to become the person Im meant to be .
After two years of daily home practice and a few more dvds I decided I wanted to share this wonderful gift called yoga with others, particularly those that thought they cant do yoga . The dream was born, to bring more Yoga into the Western suburbs to make it relevant in peoples lives . My mission statement became “Making yoga easy ,enjoyable and accessible for everybody
I studied for two years at CAE and graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Yoga teaching. Since graduating in 2009 I have been teaching though out the Western suburbs of Melbourne ..in Gyms , Community Centres , Hospitals and schools .I teach a flowing breath lead practice and modify classes to suit everybody with warm and humour .
I am a big believer in the inner teacher. From day one I will guide you and invite to listen within and find that inner voice and let it guide you through out your practice . I will encourage you to own your practice and make Yoga what ever it is you need it to be but most of all I will ask you to make it easy and fun and watch the transformative effects of yoga .
