YOGA Yoga is an excellent way to develop your balance, strength, flexibility and inner awareness, whilst deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being. Yoga at Oxygen Pilates is a perfect blend of Vinyasa flow yoga and Yin style stretches. This allows every level of yogi, from the beginner to advanced to experience the beautiful flowing movements of each posture linked via the breath connecting mind, body and spirit.
