She has over twenty-five years of experience.The centre will also have a number of other yoga teachers who will take more focused classes.The centre will offer children’s yoga BENEFITS...Anti-arthritis yoga will provide students suffering from arthritis an alternative way to help manage their pain.

All About Yoga will also run weekly classes that will focus on providing relief for students with respiratory diseases. They will draw heavily on meditation to help students have greater control over their breathing.The centre will cater to everyone - from experience yoga students to those wanting to try it for the first time.
