I had been doing Yoga with for couple of months . I can assure one thing for sure that if you ever walk in class you will stay forever. She is an extremely warm person and conducts the class amazingly. From beginners to intermediates she makes it a point if any one of us has an issue with an ,she request to come half an early before the class to correct or practice the posture. Overall I love being in her class and lucky to have her as my Yoga teacher!!!!

Yogamrita is not only an institution, it is a place where I can release my everyday tention and find a new spirit to finish the work for the rest of the day. Its environment , the very efficient instructor helps me do the yoga postures correctly. Depending on my heath I can skip some of the postures. The instructor is always there to guide me.

Best Yoga experience in town! Yoga is new for me but the way i was taught to relate breathing and sight to the postures is impressive! I just completed the beginner's one here and loved every bit of it!

I really enjoy attending classes at Yogamrita, and have felt the benefits (both physically and mentally) since starting this class a year ago. For me, this the best start of the day which prepares me to cope with the hectic and stressful work schedule of the day. The instructor Habiba Shikha is a true mentor. She is passionate, friendly, sincere, dedicated and at the same time professional. She explains the benefits of each pose, so that it is not only a case of just doing it because it is a Yoga pose. Each class has a specific focus which is great and keeps it interesting- it feels like it is structured so that it flows rather than just doing random poses. As the classes are for abilities of all types, Shikha recommends different variations so that everyone is catered for. Thus Yogamrita- Gushan has become one of my favourite places.

Yoga takes your breath away to let you breathe to live gracefully. She helps you to change your life by slowing down your aging process, hence she can make you feel life is not just living - its about being yourself! As the Bhagavat Gita says: Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self to the self! I write this note as a tribute to Rabbani - the yoga virtuoso, for making my life much better in shape and of course size! And for making me believe that yoga is not an exercise course but a subtle way to live and breathe the best of life.

I thoroughly enjoyed every class during my two-week stay in Dhaka. She is now by far my favorite Yoga Teacher. Her exactness and preciseness are invaluable in class : the drishtis, the bandhas, the Breath, and the smooth steady flow of her classes taught me Worlds. So much so that this morning at my 07:45 Hot Yoga class in Helsinki, it was Anika's voice I heard while doing the asanas " engage the bandhas " " put more weight on the back leg" " lead with the Breath" xdddd I am so glad and Thankful for your Teaching, Anika, and will always be at your classes to learn more & more
