PHYSIOTHERAPY

We offer Physiotherapy services for a wide range of problems including musculoskeletal problems, paediatrics, sports injuries, respiratory care, orthopaedics and neuorology. We are available for home visits if needed, as patients are referred to us by medical practitioners throughout Gaborone and the whole of Botswana.We are an enthusiastic, well coordinated team who are committed to ensuring that you receive the best possible care and attention to achieve your goals and needs.

PILATES

Our single or small group Pilates classes are held either at our fully equipped studio in Phakalane or at your home or office. We offer a variety of mat classes, stability chair and reformer classes. Pilates is a highly safe and effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. Even children can do (and love) Pilates!
