I have known Carol for over 10 years. In addition to being a great physical therapist, she is a great pilates teacher. It has a wonderful mood. Your classes demand a lot of focus from us, a lot of sweat and no tears!!

Carol is an incredible and highly dedicated professional. Always very helpful and available! During the pandemic, she gained many more stars, as she sent weekly, differentiated classes to her students. I highly recommend. The studio facilities are impeccable. Gratitude.

I do Pilates twice a week. When I arrived for the activities, I suffered from a lot of pain, and restricted movement. Today approximately 1 year later, I am in increasing improvement. Great pilates and physio studio, also has osteopathy, auriculotherapy, acupuncture, clean environment, attentive and dedicated teacher, always up to date in studies and courses, has prizes for students, I highly recommend.
