Raquel's work is very different, compared to other experiences I've had in pilates. She observes and instructs the student in every detail. In the body and life station you really focus on the exercise, training concentration, breathing, control and everything else that pilates requires. The equipment is new, the environment is very comfortable and the view is beautiful!
