Alessandra's differential is its professional, but personalized and attentive service. I would even say affectionate. The Studio is very well located, the space is cozy, the equipment is new and properly sanitized with each use. Since the students not only have different physical abilities, but different goals, to ensure adequate attention to each one, Alessandra makes a point of serving only two students at a time. I've been taking classes for about a year and a half and I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend the Studio because the Physiotherapist Alessandra is very dedicated to her students in the exercises, very punctual at the times with total dedication, in addition to being very well sanitized and with wonderful energy, both for Pilates activities, massages, and Physiotherapy.

The studio is very cozy and the appliances are sparkling new! The atmosphere in the space is very pleasant and Alessandra's service is sensational! She is an excellent professional who is always willing to do something extra to make customers happy! I highly recommend the pilates and lymphatic drainage services that I am doing and that have already helped me a lot, both to deflate and to lose weight. I, who was completely sedentary and hated any physical activity, am loving pilates, in addition to being very happy to be able to attend without finding it boring!

Alessandra is a professional who is super committed to meeting the needs of her students and the studio has the differential of serving a maximum of 3 students per schedule, which contributes a lot to the good result of pilates. I'm loving my classes!
