Instituto Pilarte

Instituto Pilarte is an inclusive and very aggregating environment. I've always been sedentary and there I found the treatment I needed, with Roberta and Sabrina's dedication, always very attentive and concerned. I now feel stronger and more resilient, more body conscious and healthier. Back pain is practically gone. And I'm getting the best treatment for my hip dysfunction. I just feel a deep gratitude!
