The space is welcoming, comfortable and has a different proposal, with individual work for each student. Teachers Aida and Daniela are excellent, attentive to every detail of their practice and always willing to help you. I have already noticed some benefits obtained, in addition to having resumed the pleasure of doing yoga.

If you are interested in practicing yoga, from a line of teaching tradition of Indian Masters, look for Kailasa. After an anamnesis, the student will be directed to his personal practice, aimed at rebalancing what is off the axis at that moment. This is just the beginning. The space is welcoming and ventilated and the professionals are very serious. I was a student and also an instructor at Kailasa for over 12 years. My path became much clearer and stronger after I started the practice of dakshina Tantra yoga with Prof. Paulo Murilo, our Master.
