The instructors are sensational, in addition to giving a bath of knowledge, they are friendly and fun. The location (when I did it was on Mount Karuna) could only have come out of a fairy tale. My experience was wonderful. I'm in a very, very challenging time and I've had such a rewarding experience, I can say that in the state I was in, the "cure" for that state was immediate.
