Excellent, eternal gratitude to the masters for the teachings. I took a meditation course 1 and a workshop with master Vera Calvet who I had the opportunity to meet. The books are excellent and help me daily.

I have issues with pain, issues with generalized anxiety that is literally killing me. I don't feel like living... it's been 10 years of suffering and I've been to so many hospitals that even God I think I doubt it. Exactly 6 months ago, a doctor who assisted me at the Lagoa federal hospital was impressed with my stress and anxiety and advised me to do meditation and yoga... I've already tried to meditate watching videos on YouTube and I can't do it at all. I saw several comments from people who were cured of it but it is very expensive... I would like to be able to go to that place... it's very close to where I live. Can someone tell me if it's expensive? Even if I have to sell my TV to treat myself, I'll do it. Thanks in advance!

This technology has completely changed my life, the way I relate to people, the way I understand everything that happens to me, answers I couldn't find. Life has become EASIER, the clock has started to run slower, my physical pains are gone, I feel better every day. I have back pain since I was 25 years old. I tried all kinds of treatments in conventional medicine. I was very satisfied with "managing" my pain with chiropractic, Chinese massage and therapeutic massages twice a week. I didn't go to Rashuah because of these pains, I went after learning to meditate (which I thought I would never be able to) besides being surprised by the learning of self-knowledge, I ended up getting FREE of these pains. Today, at the age of 58, I feel better in everything, health, way of facing difficulties, peace of mind to better understand the facts... It is very difficult to describe in words everything that this technology provides in terms of self-knowledge and understanding of the universe. Much gratitude for having this opportunity. There were still a few more insights to add that I think are important to share. Today I feel like a block has been removed from my eyes. Many things were in my "face" and I couldn't see. Every day that passes I feel more like a child who is discovering a new world that has always existed but I had never realized. I have no words to describe my GRATITUDE for having known this "technology". I would really like other people to have the privilege that I am having in these learnings. Love, respect and GRATITUDE..

It was a joy to meet Rashuah. I wanted to learn to meditate and I found much more than that! It is very much worth it! I bring the experiences and practices with me to this day and they do me a lot of good. Apart from the welcome and friendship of the people of this institute, a real gift.
