I went to other pilates studios before arriving at this one — and I fell in love with the place! In addition to the excellent infrastructure and the large number of accessories, the service is wonderful and the instructor, who is also a physiotherapist and owner of the studio, is great and highly qualified, attending to different rhythms and levels, sometimes in the same class. Trust me, you won't do the same exercise twice and you'll find that pilates isn't just stretching. Highly recommend!

I started Pilates classes last year. Because of the pandemic, I took online classes with some accessories provided by the studio. In August of that year I switched to face-to-face class, because the place has the infrastructure to follow the protocols. The studio is well located and very well equipped. The space is large, has great lighting and natural ventilation, but is also well cooled, when necessary. Using the devices there in the studio became much more dynamic. I'm loving it!
