Space is nice! The practice of tantra yoga improved my sleep, my anxiety, back pain and sciatic nerve pain. I feel calmer...more focused on myself after each session. Having a personalized class is more productive. Professor Victor is dedicated, attentive and always corrects my postures. I'm safe. I recommend Uddiyana.

I love!! The teachers are qualified and know the teachings of yoga in depth. This is reflected in the choice of series that each student will practice individually. All the series that were passed on to me, at each different moment of my life, were fundamental for my balance and personal achievements.

Bad experience trying to schedule a trial class. First, I was ignored on whatsapp (only means of contact). After sending a second message, I was asked to unlock my whatsapp profile information before continuing the conversation. After unlocking my profile, I was informed that the classes are full and do not accept new students. Before they had informed me from the beginning or put this information on the website.

Cozy space with sensitive and competent professionals. Environment that awakens the best sensations.

The room is very cozy, the rope equipment allows for great exercises to develop practice. The teachers are attentive and very competent. I love my classes with them!
