After doing a search on the site and seeing the previous reviews, I decided to visit the space, but the service experience was terrible! I arrived at the Lapa unit, today, at 8:10 am, that is, within opening hours, and knocked on the door 3 times. One person came, at all these times, to the door, looked through the peephole (I noticed by the difference in lighting) and did not open or speak to me! As I went down the stairs and out of the building, I decided to call: A guy answered and I asked if it was really working, he replied that yes, however, when I questioned the fact that I had been there and the door had not been opened, he "discontinued", saying that the room was being sanitized and the service to find out values would only be over the phone (information that does not exist on the website). When I said that I would complain about the service, he made light of it and laughed.
I cannot speak about the space in terms of the structure of equipment or the qualification of the teachers, but I can reiterate that the service is very flawed, by allowing a poorly trained person to determine who will or will not have access to the place of activities and cause such an unnecessary situation and uncomfortable. Honestly, I can't believe what is on the Vitaflex website, saying that it caters to "All types of public". Disappointing!
