The excellent teachers. Very chaotic and attentive. The facilities are great and so are the appliances. Communication with the administrative team is easy and fast. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the trial class. The studio is very beautiful, it is impeccably clean and the equipment, if not new, looks like it was just bought because of how well taken care of it is. The teacher was super polite and attentive, she was careful to ask me why I had become interested in pilates, what my goals were and if I had any pain. The class itself was really good. The teacher explained to me the importance of breathing in pilates, calmly guided me through the exercises, corrected my movements and managed to give a quality and individualized class both for me and for the other student with whom I shared the session. Grade 10.
