Yoga in Urca is the best place to practice YOGA in the neighborhood. Professor Patrícia Reed creates an environment that is entirely focused on practice, which prioritizes the student above all else. In a welcoming environment, it is indeed that moment where we recover from the day-to-day rush and exercise body and mind. It's super worth knowing!

Classes are very good and personalized. The teacher always makes specific proposals depending on what the student needs each day. Not only is she a good teacher, but she also has a very special energy and teaches yoga with great generosity, I highly recommend her!
