A "therapeutic" experience. The place, from the entrance with green plants to the air with the scent of lemongrass, to the ambient sound and decoration, refers to pure peace and tranquility. There are several therapies. Massage therapy, varied yoga practices. A beautiful and delicious instagrammable waiting room. The environment from the entrance to the lounge/yoga studio with beautiful and wide doors/windows with balconies, all decorated according to Feng Shui. There is no way to leave this place without being perfectly aligned physically, mentally and spiritually. Even the space for the coffee shop was designed with total well-being in mind. Fell in love with every square feeling of the place. The practices/classes and massages are much more accessible (cheap) than I imagined they would be

The best yoga school in Rio! Excellent teachers, several possibilities of schedules, excellent service, beautiful and pleasant environment and even has services from several therapists! Wonderful!!
