I didn't expect so much, just like what I got. Learning a little bit about “real” meditation was surreal. Meeting Sri Chinmoy has certainly been and will continue to be a turning point in my life. I will take him forever, in addition to wanting to be in constant learning with what he left us. This course brought me a new healthy and indescribably transformative habit. For me, it was worth more than I can describe. It was and is being beautiful! I say that because he may be done, but I'm never really done with him. For beginners in Meditation, the space offers a lot of support and an organized structure for the practice. The course is very focused on the practices and teachings of Sri Chinmoy, so it is something that you may or may not feel affinity with their position but within what they propose to do, it is a very interesting meditation course.

I found the path to inner peace in the Meditation course with teacher Juliana. Sri Chinmoy's philosophy is transcendental and teaches us to love God and listen to his voice. Today I can deal with my inner and outer world. I recommend the school and Casa Madal where the meetings take place. I feel immense gratitude for the teachings and all the affection. A unique experience. With just a few days of practice I could already feel a big difference in how I felt, how my thoughts controlled my actions and I didn't even realize it.
