I didn't expect so much, just like what I got. Learning a little bit about “real” meditation was surreal. Meeting Sri Chinmoy has certainly been and will continue to be a turning point in my life. I will take him forever, in addition to wanting to be in constant learning with what he left us. This course brought me a new healthy and indescribably transformative habit.
