I met Rodrigo Nano in a workshop, when I met him it was a shock for me “reality shock”, Rodrigo opened my eyes in such a way that made me stop to think if what I was really doing was Pilates. It was amazing! I did the basic module of Classical Pilates and didn't know much about what to expect from the content and the space and team, but expectations were exceeded beyond belief!
