I took the basic module course and was completely enchanted by Josi, Camila and especially by Rodrigo! What professionals! What professionalism. They are amazing. The studio is amazing. The devices are ideal for practicing true Pilates. Rodrigo's knowledge, patience and humility are impressive. I can't wait to be able to go back to do the other modules! I had already had contact with the Pilates method, but I wanted to know how and why of the exercise sequences and all other information about the method. I found out about the Nanô studio through professional colleagues and I bet on the serenity and commitment with which the professionals who work there manage their classes. I tried it and I loved it.... since 2013 I've been practicing the Pilates method in the studio and I've already participated in the two-module training courses, initiation and Intermediate, plus convention and workshop by renowned international instructors in the world of Pilates... I met Rodrigo Nano in a workshop, when I met him it was a shock for me “reality shock”, Rodrigo opened my eyes in such a way that made me stop to think if what I was really doing was Pilates. I did the basic module and now I'm in the intermediate course and I'm going to do the Complete Training Course next year, I can say with all the certainty in the world THAT IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE I MADE IN MY LIFE!!! Today I feel much more fulfilled and happy with my work, I know now that I am applying the real Pilates, my students ALL felt a lot of difference in the results, and they were happier because they felt that Classic Pilates changed their lives. It's not just an exercise, it's a transformation, a surrender of body, mind and soul.
