Very disappointed with Studio management. Due to the pandemic, plans should have been frozen, but in addition to continuing to pay, I was unable to replace classes. I asked for the cancellation of the plan due to the risk and, in addition to being charged a fine, I was not entitled to the classes not taken. I had done an early renewal and didn't take advantage of the new plan....that is, I paid and didn't take it. Just like me, several customers have the same outrage. In addition, resolving things with the attendants is difficult...they are rude...that is...education only when closing the plan..Competitive prices are useless if there is no professionalism on all sides....The therapists are great and for them the grade would be 1000...but the rest....lame
