Studio Vivaty Pilates

Disorganized place total disrespect for the interviewee I stayed until 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, right after that they didn't give an answer, neither yes nor no, I just wasted time in this place they want to put 5 people in a room, which overloads the Professor, there is no such thing in Pilates, even for those who have experience and are heavy. There are a maximum of 3 students.

Fairly reasonable location. Excellent and competent teachers! Average phone service! personal service at reception: A horror! Receptionist totally unprepared to deal with the elderly! I'd rather be answered by a robot. Beforehand, we know that there are no emotions involved. Because I got sick I have 3 (three) classes to be. Companies as a whole need to have their staff committed!!!

Very disappointed with Studio management. Due to the pandemic, plans should have been frozen, but in addition to continuing to pay, I was unable to replace classes. I asked for the cancellation of the plan due to the risk and, in addition to being charged a fine, I was not entitled to the classes not taken. I had done an early renewal and didn't take advantage of the new plan....that is, I paid and didn't take it. Just like me, several customers have the same outrage. In addition, resolving things with the attendants is difficult...they are rude...that is...education only when closing the plan..Competitive prices are useless if there is no professionalism on all sides....The therapists are great and for them the grade would be 1000...but the rest....lame

The studio is sensational! With them I had my first experience with Pilates, after a suggestion from my orthopedist after a back crisis. In a short time I already felt a huge difference. I really appreciate the incredible support and attention of the entire Studio team, which is made up of very dedicated, competent and helpful professionals. I indicate the studio to everyone, they have helped me a lot in a big change of habits.

I am very disappointed with the management of the studio. Due to the pandemic and the extension of the return, they want me to take all the classes for 3 months in 2 and there is no way to negotiate. The service at the health unit is horrible, they talk as if they were doing me a favor even though I had already paid for all the classes.
