Yogadotcalm is a warm, welcoming environment with knowledgeable teachers within a friendly community. I've developed my practice by attending a range of classes, but more importantly, I feel I've developed a deeper understanding of the art of yoga. Learning to connect the physical self with the emotional self transcends the walls of the studio and brings lightness to the mind and the heart. Yogadotcalm can be whatever you need it to be - an opportunity to develop physically (flexibility, balance, etc), time to re-connect with your thoughts, or simply a place of respite and renewal.

Yogadotcalm is like a second home to me. The community is so welcoming and the teachers are all fantastic. I enjoy the variety of classes, I can always find a class that suits my mood perfectly.

After years of back problems and poor posture yoga has provided me relief and after several months I could notice a significant improvement. Previously I tried acupuncture, physio therapy, massage, chiropractor and nothing provided me the results as yoga. I am really excited as I know as I continue I will keep strengthening and improving my body and self awareness. A super big thanks to teacher, Debbie, who enlightened me and got me going, and to Trish, both of whom have made such a difference in my life.

I would like to say how much I enjoy my yoga practice at Yogadotcalm. The studio has such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and a wonderful group of instructors that really do nurture your own yoga experience.

May have found one of my new yoga homes here... Small studio but the teachers I have met so far are clearly very knowledgable, warm and welcoming. :) The high numbers in the classes show how highly this place is regarded locally.
