Yogadotcalm is a warm and welcoming community where individuals come to share, inspire and practice yoga. We approach the yoga practice with a light heart and an open mind. The variety of classes that we offer are facilitated by a strong faculty of teachers, most of whom have over 500 hours of training and many years of experience. We welcome all students, from the seasoned practitioner to the brand new yogi. The calm setting of our studio is complimented by big picture windows, which bring in the light and inspiration necessary to the art of yoga practice. Yogadotcalm is a warm, welcoming environment with knowledgeable teachers within a friendly community. I've developed my practice by attending a range of classes, but more importantly, I feel I've developed a deeper understanding of the art of yoga. Learning to connect the physical self with the emotional self transcends the walls of the studio and brings lightness to the mind and the heart. Yogadotcalm can be whatever you need it to be - an opportunity to develop physically (flexibility, balance, etc), time to re-connect with your thoughts, or simply a place of respite and renewal.

After years of back problems and poor posture yoga has provided me relief and after several months I could notice a significant improvement. Previously I tried acupuncture, physio therapy, massage, chiropractor and nothing provided me the results as yoga. I am really excited as I know as I continue I will keep strengthening and improving my body and self awareness. A super big thanks to teacher, Debbie, who enlightened me and got me going, and to Trish, both of whom have made such a difference in my life.
